We are a problem-solving firm, we apply the same strategy to individuals. Through rigorous approach based on performance feedback, we identify ways to unlock individuals’ potential through formal training, mentoring and challenging experiences.
We help our consultants grow and we help them spread the news across and beyond their professional network: social networks, events, face-to-face meetings.
A fair compensation
Compensation rules are public within the organisation. They explicitly inform consultants how wages are defined taking into account their daily rate, time spent in-between contracts, work performed for the firm outside of their client mission, and business unit overall performance.
15/09 Consulting believes that compensating fairly and explaining upfront how consultants will be paid facilitate their engagement and loyalty.
A higher purpose
We are convinced that our work contributes to stable economies globally and will only accept missions that fit this basic requirement.
However, we value even more contributions to environment and social objectives. The topic of sustainable finance is key for us and we will accept lower margins for relevant missions.
We also think the firm in itself should be irreproachable in its approach to global warning. We will regularly perform external assessment of our engagements and pioneer with ambitious initiatives, notably transportation, to lower our carbon footprint.
